Confidentiality and protection of personal data of visitors to the event "UKAB Agrotechnologies" (hereinafter - the Event) is of great importance to us as Organizers, and we make every effort to ensure its protection. This policy explains how we use your personal information.

The following types of personal data are subject to collection, storage and use:

Surname, first name and patronymic;

The name of the company, institution, organization that you represent;

Contact information: mobile number, email address.

Any other personal information you have provided to us.

The personal data you provided to us during registration for the Event will be used for the purposes specified in these rules. We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

sending you information about our events and services, non-marketing commercial messages;

sending you marketing messages about our business activity or the business activity of UKAB member companies that we think may be of interest to you by sending a letter by email or other means of communication (you can at any time inform us that you do not want to receive such message);

forming analytical and statistical information necessary for our activities, providing partner companies with third-party companies with statistical information about our users (however, these third-party companies will not be able to identify any individual user from this data);

for other purposes not prohibited by law.

Disclosure of personal data

We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to any of our employees, managers, professional advisors, partners and sponsors of the Event, to the extent and for the purposes specified in these rules.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except for the cases specified in these rules.

Storage and protection of your personal data

We will take adequate technical and organizational measures to securely store, prevent loss, unlawful use or falsification of your personal data.

We will store all personal data provided by you on our protected (both password and firewall) servers.
